First off, was one of two companies who claimed to be 24/7, who actually contacted me on Saturday. Second, they provided options to communicate by text instead of phone. Once on the scene, the technician promptly identified the problem and offered prices that were in line with industry averages (even if they felt high to me as an electrical technician). The office rep quickly got the part in and coordinated with me to make sure I'd get taken care of before an incoming heat wave. I am happy with the price I paid and the service I received. Have been working with Lighthouse Mechanical for 14 years. Bought new gas-fired Trane Heating, AC and Rannai Tankless water heating systems. The group put in new duct work. Tim and has installation team did excellent work. I enjoy seeing the maintenance guys a couple of times a year, talking the latest in energy with them.
