Airconditioner RepairDear Terry, I would like to express our appreciation for the extraordinary response your company provided to repair our upstairs air-conditioning unit this past week. On Wednesday 6 Aug 2008, when the outside temperatures were in the high 90's, I called you late in the afternoon and told you that the upstairs unit was inoperative. We were very pleased with your response. Within the time I would expect for a 911 emergency vehicle to arrive, your technician Elliott Finch arrived o the scene! He diagnosed the problem which was a failed air handler fan motor and took action to order a replacement. Mr. Finch exhibited a very positive and helpful attitude despite the fact that the temperatures in the attic where the unit is located were above 105 degrees. First thing the next morning Elliott and John Evanson arrived removed the failed motor, carefully made sure the replacement was correct, and completed the installation. Shortly after 9:00PM the unit was thankfully back in service and began cooling down the upstairs. Both technicians were very courteous and efficient. It is to the Lighthouse Mechanical team's credit that you not only install heating and air-conditioning systems but you make sure that they keep working to the high standards you set. Residential HVAC InstallationTo Whom It May Concern: In January 2006, LIGHTHOUSE MECHANICAL replaced my two heat pump units with high efficiency 16 SEER TRANE units. I was very pleased with the workmanship and professional job the mechanics from LIGHTHOUSE MECHANICAL performed. They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and did not make a mess in my house while performing the job. I have been extremely pleased with my new TRANE units. They are quiet, provide a much warmer heat in the winter and much cooler air in the summer, and most importantly, appear to have saved me 10-20% on my AC and heating bills. I have and will continue to complement LIGHTHOUSE MECHANICAL and the TRANE units to others whenever the opportunity permits. Dear Lighouse Mechanical, It seems that whenever a company receives a letter from a customer it is usually to complain about the product or service. This is not that kind of letter. Lighthouse Mechanical installed a York heat pump and air handler in our home in August 2005. I want to thank you for the wise advice you gave us as we made decisions on which unit to buy and the extra applications that were available. You recommended that we purchase the Ultraviolet light to be installed in the air handler because we were plagued with allergy problems and were sick all the time. I was in the doctor's office every time I would turn around. Frank was sick constantly. Well, I want you to know that we have been free of sinus, allergies, and colds ever since last August. I have taken no medicine for these symptoms since that time. It's great! The only problem that we had was the wires were not connected properly when it was time for the heat to kick on. Your service person was there immediately and fixed the problem. Please give us a call when it is time for the yearly maintenance check. Again, thank you for your wonderful product and service.
