A Precision Tune-up from LME includes the following:

Level/check operation of thermostat	Tighten all electrical conections
Replace/wash air filters	Inspect visible line set for crimping
Clean dust/lint build up on return grille	Check/repair suction line insulation
Check voltage/amperage to fan motor*	Check disconnect for overheating
Check voltage/amperage to blower	Check fuse holders for tightness
Check voltage/amperage to compressor*	Inspect evap drain pan for holes/leakes
Clean condenser coil as needed*	Add algae tablets to drain pan
Clean evaporator coil as needed	Check all relays for proper operation
Check refrigerant charge*	Check delay timer for proper operation
Record temperature drop across coil*	Purge/vacuum condensate drain lines
Record temperature rise in heat	Vacuum out heat exchanger
Clean air cleaner cells, if applicable	Inspect secondary heat exchanger
Check reversing vlave operation	Verifiy operation of hot surface igniter
Inspect/replace blower belt	Clean off flame sensor
Clean exterior of unit	Check for proper defrost operation
Clean burner bars, if removable	Clean debris out of condensing unit
Inspect wiring for cuts and fraying	Check for carbon monoxide
Inspect/clean blower wheel as needed	Check and adjust gas pressure
Inspect fan blade for cracks/balance	Verify proper inducer motor operation
Inspect motor mounts for tightness	Verify pressure switch operation
Perform visual refrigerant leak check	Check/set thermostat anticipator
Tighten schrader cores	Check fan/limit control settings
Check contractors for burning/pitting	Check for combustibles near furnace
Lube fan/blower motors (if lubed type)	Visually inspet exterior of flue pipe
